RULES:

1. Entries will be accepted between 8:00 a.m. CST on the 14th or 15th day of the month preceding the start of the contest and end 6:00 p.m. CST on the last day of the same month.

2. Voting will be accepted between 8:00 a.m. CST on the 1st day of the month and 6:00 p.m. CST on the last day of each month.

3. All entrants must be 13 years of age or older. Kids age 12 and under may enter photos, but only through a sponsoring parent or adult guardian.

4. Entries will be accepted from residents in the Houston Metro Area, except where indicated.

5. You must have taken the photos you submit YOURSELF.

6. ExploreSpring.com associates, contest sponsor, or family members of associates of the same are not eligible to enter.
7. Entries must comply with the current theme.
8. Winner annouced by 2nd of Each Month.
9. Entrant must be registered member of ExploreSpring.com and have a valid email address. Only one entry per email account.
10. The photo with the most votes on the last day of the month wins!
11. Contest will only allow one vote per registered user so email everyone you know and ask them to vote for their favorite photo too! 
12. The winner will be featured on our homepage and contest winner page.
13. By submitting your photo you consent to the rules of the ExploreSpring.com Photo Contest. You authorize ExploreSpring.com to post the photo on ExploreSpring.com, Press Releases, and other media associated with the contest. No compensation other than contest prizes will be provided for use of photos.
